En route to Devon, returning Alan's mother Vera to her home after a couple of weeks visiting us, we called in to visit Mottisfont in Hampshire.
As well as Mottisfont Abbey, the lovely medieval parish church is well worth a visit. Dedicated to St Andrew it dates in part to the first half of the 12th Century.
