The architect for this building was C O Ellison of Liverpool and it was built in 1883 in the Gothic style and constructed of red brick with terracotta dressings. It was demolished in 1974, having closed in 1943.
It had transepts, flèche and a hall beneath.
The building was situated in Dyke Road Drive, which is now London Gate.
This card is from the early 20th century.
