This church (The Children's Church) is situated in the most eastern of Brighton's districts, to the north of Kemp Town and in the vicinity of the racecourse. It stands in the centre of the Whitehawk estate.
The church was opened in Coronation Year, 1952, to replace the previous Children's Church that had been bombed in 1943.
