This building was situated on Richmond Street between Ashton Street and Cambridge Street on a steep hill. It was built in 1825 and demolished in 1966 when the congregation transferred to a new building on the opposite side of the road.

According to the inscription visible in the picture, it would appear the school was added in 1851.
